Ultra-Luxury & Premium Leisure Hospitality Brand Standards

Creating the technical brand standards for an ultra luxury hotel and leisure company
Artizan Group was engaged to support the creation of Technical Standards for two newly established hospitality brands positioned within the Ultra-Luxury and Premium Leisure segments. The brands are intended to be delivered as standalone hotel assets or as part of larger mixed-use developments, with a long-term growth strategy across the Middle East and future international markets. Both brands have projects under construction and will be launched publicly in 2026.

Client Feedback
Client – Director Hospitality
“Wonderful pieces of work, and possibly the best Technical and Engineering Standards document I have ever seen. Even established brands fail to meet this level of detail, precision, and constructability.
5 years from now, others will still be playing catch-up on the sustainability features of these brands”.
